Postpartum Yoga & Support Group w/ Kristen Simons
@ Grateful Yoga of Evanston
Sundays, October 11th - November 15th
1 - 2:30pm
Motherhood is the best, but let’s be honest—it’s tough! Sleepless nights, the invisible mental load, and don’t even get me started on the laundry. It can all feel like too much.
What if you had a safe space to connect with other moms who totally understand? A place to share your experiences, learn practical tools to manage anxiety and overwhelm, and even get your body moving?

Join Kristen Simons, a licensed mental health therapist, perinatal yoga teacher, and mom of two, for a unique 6-week in-person group designed to support you through this incredible transition called motherhood. Drawing on her professional expertise and personal experience, Kristen creates a welcoming space for connection, reflection, and gentle movement.

You’re 4 weeks to 18 months postpartum.
-
You’re a first time mom or mom of multiples
-

-
You’re feeling great but you’re ready to prioritize your well-being and connect with other moms navigating this season of life.
-
You have questions about your postpartum body or want guidance on safely reintroducing movement into your busy life.
We cover topics like:
-
Gentle yoga and grounding practices to support your nervous system
