Modifying for the

Pregnant Yoga Student

Don’t know what to do if a pregnant person comes into your yoga class? Are you curious about working more with this population? Join perinatal yoga experts and yoga therapists Kristen Simons (LCPC, PMH-C), Dana Podell (DPT), and Cami Codell, in this workshop to better understand how to safely modify a yoga class for pregnant students. You will learn basic prenatal anatomy, safety considerations, pregnancy-friendly asana and pranayama for each trimester. Leave feeling confident in your ability to safely welcome any pregnant student into your next yoga class. Minimum requirements: 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate. 2 Yoga Alliance CEU credits available.
